Yes, Cloudless Summer is finally back up and running! Its been so long but Miss Jennifer and I have gotten the site back up. I must apologize to everyone for it taking so long. I know, it was a major pain, same for me too. I feel so disorganized without my site.
Moving on though, I have gotten quite a few reviews finished. I am still working, but so far the summer has been well, disorganized. So I've been rather disorganized also. There's no need for any of you to worry though, I will continue to get reviews done and sent to you all. Again, I apologize for it taking so long. I just have so many reviews at the moment! Its been a very, very busy summer this year with all of the new clients and all. lol
Anyway, I've joined a new site. Its called The Dark Mark. I can't say I'm very impressed. Many of the users seems very nice, but the reviews are rather...stupid? I do of course apologize for calling them stupid, but its quite true. I haven't had one of my works turned down in years. You would think that as a beta reader with at least 10 years experience that I would know what I'm doing.
Apparently though, the reviews there disagree. My characters are undeveloped, my stories have grammatical errors and cliche plots. Upon receiving the rejection emails I stood quite shocked.
My question to them is do they not know different types of writing? My stories aren't characters based or plot based. I suppose I have a unique writing style - or so I've been told. My stories are written upon a way to expression feelings and explain a persons feelings of expression.
As for my grammatical errors, I have double checked all of my works. I proof read everything multiple times, to say the least. Not only that, but I have Microsoft Office Word double, and triple check also. It hasn't found any errors.
I've found their reviewers either utterly ridiculous or simply stupid. I know quite well what I'm doing. I feel rather insulted to have my stories declined because the reviews have no idea what they're doing obviously. I can understand if my story or work of fiction broke a rule and was thus declined, but, that was not the case.
I've also found one of the girls, I believe she is the owner (though I may very well be wrong) is very polite until you either (a) correct her on something, (b) make a suggestion that she does not like, or (c) doesn't agree with you. After thus she becomes very rude. She has quite the attitude to say the least.
Still, I think I will take part around the site a bit longer. It is quite an interesting place, but I believe the miss owner needs to learn respect for her viewers. People are entitled to their own views even if she may not agree with or to them.
So, moving on again, we have more new clients! We have Miss Nina Shannon, Miss Stephanie O'Carter, and Miss Mellisa Brade. Be sure to welcome them with open arms as they will be with us for a while.

Good afternoon,

So it's been some time since I sent out an update so I figured it was about time for one. As we all know, summer is here and that means we're getting out of school - some of us already have. As usual I will be expecting the chapters I receive to increase because of this I must ask that all of you who have not already, please send me your schedules for the summer so I have a basic idea of when you'll be online.

For those of you who are new to my services, I ask for your schedules because I do not work on the chapters as I receive them like I do during the school time. This is because many of you go on vacations, are in and out of the house, at camps, traveling, etc, etc. Some of you aren't home at all over the summer at all. Naturally, I do not wish to work on your chapter if you won't be home when I'm done.

By asking for your schedules I can find out when you'll be home and when you won't. This way I can get your review done for when you get back instead of before when I could be working on someone else's chapter - someone who is home and I could go over the chapter with them. This allows me to get more work done in a short amount of time.

So for all of you who have not yet sent me your schedules please do or let me know ahead of time of your plans as you make them. As usual your schedules will be added to the calender located here: http://www.cloudlesssummer.info/calender.php so everyone, please look it over and make sure all information on it is correct. I do need this to keep track of my own schedule so I can get your reviews done as soon and as quickly as possible.

Now, speaking of schedules, here is my own. It may change with or without notice but always check the site for information. I do update it as needed.

So it has been a while since the last update. It seems we had a bit of an over load. I'm thinking of switching over to FanUpdate, from what I heard it gets less spam. I'd like to try it. The spam does get quite annoying after a while.
Either way, I'd like to try FanUpdate so I'm going to try and look into it.

Next on this list is the fact that there are a few new clients. There are three more now. We have Vallery Milainie, Taylor Mitcheal, and Rebecca Richardson. They've already been added to the clients list - yay!

I'm also going to add a stories page with a list of stories I beta read. This list will be done by author - all authors are my clients of course. This will allow myself to keep track of stories, etc. It will also give you all a view of how many stories I have to beta read. Please note that there will not be any links to the stories seeing as how some have not been posted and some authors are currently being worked with on their pages, etc.
So I hope to have that page up soon. I'll let you all know when I get it up.
